Warranty

Warranty Policy

Last Updated: July 2026

BUXENA is a retailer and importer, not a manufacturer. The products we sell are covered by the warranty of the manufacturer that built them, and terms vary by product. This page explains how that works and how we help if you need to make a claim.

1. Overview

Every sauna we sell is backed by a warranty from the manufacturer that built it, not by BUXENA. Coverage, duration and exclusions are set by that manufacturer and vary by product — we'll tell you the specific terms that apply to your model with your order, or on request before you order.

2. Manufacturer Warranties

Because our range includes products from more than one manufacturer, warranty length and coverage are not the same across every model. We do not publish a single, universal warranty period for this reason — ask us about the specific model you're considering, and we'll confirm what its manufacturer's warranty covers.

3. What Warranties Typically Cover

Manufacturer warranties generally cover manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a defined period. They typically do not cover normal wear and tear, natural characteristics of wood such as grain and knots, cosmetic changes from weather exposure, or damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow the manufacturer's care and maintenance instructions. Exact exclusions depend on the manufacturer and product.

4. BUXENA's Role in Warranty Claims

If something goes wrong with your sauna, contact us first at info@buxena.com. We will help you understand what's covered and coordinate a legitimate claim with the manufacturer on your behalf — we act as your point of contact rather than leaving you to deal with an overseas manufacturer directly.

5. Proof of Purchase and Documentation

To process a warranty claim, we'll typically ask for proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or invoice) and photographs or other documentation showing the issue. Keeping these on hand after delivery will help any future claim move faster.

6. Installation, Electrical and Maintenance Requirements

Manufacturer warranties commonly require the sauna to be installed correctly, with any electrical work carried out by an appropriately qualified, licensed electrician to local code, and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions. Skipping these requirements can affect whether a warranty claim is honored, so it's worth following them even where they feel optional.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last Updated" date above whenever we make a material change.
